After 12 years of teaching in some of the most prestigious management institutions and understanding the industrial requirements through her research, Dr. Charu Rawat decided to start this program with a team comprising of experts from varied fields- education, corporate world, sports, fashion industry, etc., to help individuals to groom themselves, to learn skills to be able to meet the industrial expectations and also develop their leadership and entrepreneurial skills.
